I take the foods I love and make them lighter by subbing out unhealthy, fatty foods and sugars, to healthier, lighter choices. It's proof that a novice can indeed cook healthy, make it look yummy, and have it taste like restaurant quality! This is a work in progress, more recipes will be added over time.Â
